User Impersonating, whats the alternative?

Hello there,

i have a bug in my software, the customer reported. Reproducing is not possible with any test account. Also the user impersonating is deprecaded. What ways do I have to find and fix the bug? I asked the customer 3 times but he can’t provide me the right information.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any alternative solution for impersonation now that it has been deprecated.
