Use Auth0 Dashboard on Mobile Browsers

Overview

This article explains why some difficulties may be encountered when using a mobile browser to access the Auth0 Dashboard and provides a potential workaround for the issue.

Cause

The Auth0 Dashboard is designed and optimized for desktop browsers, which may limit its functionality and usability on mobile browsers.

Solution

Although the Auth0 Dashboard is not officially supported on mobile browsers, the following workaround may improve usability on mobile devices:

  1. Open a mobile browser
  2. Navigate to the Auth0 Dashboard
  3. Open the browser menu and select Request Desktop Site. This option will load the Dashboard in its desktop version.

Note: While this workaround allows the use of the Auth0 Dashboard on mobile devices, for the best experience and full functionality, it is recommended to use the Dashboard on a desktop browser.
