Urgent: Locked out of Auth0 Dashboard (all tenant admins lost) — need help to reach Support for recovery

Hello Auth0 Community,

We are urgently seeking help to recover administrative access to an Auth0 tenant.

We have a production tenant that is still actively used by our applications, but we are completely locked out of the Auth0 Dashboard because all Dashboard administrators are no longer available (offboarding occurred and the original IdP account used for Dashboard access is no longer recoverable). As a result, we cannot access the Dashboard nor create a Support Center ticket from our account, even though our services continue to run.

We can provide verification (e.g., company domain control, billing/contract details, and other evidence) and will share all sensitive tenant-specific information privately.

Could a member of the Auth0 Support team please advise the correct escalation path and allow us to provide the required details.

Please send us a DM ( direct message ) to the @support group including the tenant name that you would like to recover and the email address that you wish to be tied to the administrator role and we will initiate a request on your behalf in a timely manner, so that you can reclaim administrative access.
