Update on trimming spaces for password resets?

The forum tracked an issue in Universal login change password doesn't trim email address but I’m wondering if there is any update on the issue (completed, in-progress, will be done this quarter, etc.) @lihua.zhang

I just heard back, our engineering team needs more time to get the solution implemented. Once further progress is available, we will let you know.

More updates from our engineering team - the fix is scheduled to go live for the next sprint in November if things go smoothly.
