Cause
The custom text boxes for Universal Login prompts do not show when there is text beyond what is seen. If there are spaces after the expected text, it could force the unexpected text off the screen.
Solution
If a prompt contains additional text, check for that text in the Universal Login prompt by scrolling sideways in the text box or using the arrow keys.
