Unable to login to Auth0 Dashboard with Google

Hello everyone, hope you’re all having a great day
I’m facing a bit of a weird issue as am unable to login to the Auth0 dashboard using Google

Issue Summary

When choosing “Continue with Google” in the Dashboard login page I get " Access blocked: Authorization Error"

  • Expected: Get prompted to select a google email and continue with the authorization flow
  • Actual:
 Access blocked: Authorization Error
The OAuth client was deleted.
If you are a developer of this app, see error details.
Error 401: deleted_client

Steps to Reproduce if necessary

  1. Head to Auth0 Dashboard
  2. Choose “Continue with Google”

Error / Debug Info

  • This is the message when clicking " If you are a developer of this app, see error details":
Error 401: deleted_client
Request details: flowName=GeneralOAuthFlow

Environment

I tried on different platforms to confirm this wasn’t a device/application specific issue

  • Platforms:
  • Google Chrome Version 135.0.7049.85 (Official Build) (64-bit) - Windows 10 Pro 21H1 19043.5131 (Tried normal tab, incognito tab and with a VPN)
  • Microsoft Edge, Same device as above
  • Google Chrome, Android Phone
  • A collogue tried on Linux (Ubuntu), Chrome

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Thanks for the quick reply and the update, is there any alternative way to get access to the account for the time being?

Hi @propelsearch

You would need to have another account connected to your tenant not using Google. I’m sorry and apologize that this issue occurred. I will make sure to update you all as soon as I have more details regarding it.

Thanks
Dawid
