When trying to access the status site, we received the “An unexpected error has occurred.” message.
Cause
An update in the Status Page might cause issues with backward compatibility and the user browser failure.
Solution
Please check if the page works in an incognito browser window. If it works, please try clearing cookies and local storage and retry on the same browser.
