When using the twitter application we get an error of Type: “Failed Exchange” after a “Successful login”.
I used “try connection” from dashboard and I got my details from twitter.
In our setup we have 3 environments (or tenants):
Production EU
Dev EU
Dev US
This error happens only for Production EU and only for the twitter application.
For us, it is the same codebase and setup that is using Production and Dev, so it’s very unlikely that we have different grant_types as I have seen in other threads in this community.
Is there a way to find more about what could be causing the error ?
