Trying to add http://localhost:3000 to "allowed callback URL" gives permission error

I just made a new application and tried to add “http://localhost:3000” to the allowed callback URL and that gives me a " Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource"

Can you try to log out of the Dashboard and log back in again and try to save the callback URL again to see if this helps?
