Trigger MFA twice

Hi,

For this login link in French

https://myTenant.us.auth0.com/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=myClientId&redirect_uri=http://mywebsite/files/selectaccount&scope=openid%20profile%20email&state=xyzABC123&ui_locales=fr

Why the MFA is triggered twice?
The first time is in French and the second time is in English.
