We are integrating Azure SSO using the Enterprise connector and need to obtain the user token after login. However, Auth0 does not currently return the required tokens for login. When integrating directly with Azure (without Auth0), we are able to retrieve these tokens.
I came across the article that describes the feature we need. It mentions:
“To enable Token Vault, contact your Auth0 representative.”
Could you please advise on how to get in touch with our assigned Auth0 representative ? and how long it take to enable the feature ?
I have checked internally, and it seems that a request has already been made to enable Token Vault for your tenant. Unfortunately there is no ETA for when our engineering team will take action, but I would suggest checking the available grant types for your applications to see if the request was approved and the feature already enabled.
