Feature: Provide a role that allows Marketing/Branding team to edit the Branding section.
Description: This would give creatives/designers access to edit the copywrite and look of the brand, without providing access to more sensitive areas
Use-case: We have third party doing some edits to our main website, they are also going to adjust the look/feel of our Login page. The only way they can edit this branding area is to grant Admin rights to a tenant, exposing client id/secrets that could be harvested and used later.
