Suspicious API Throttling API

There isn’t anyway to manage suspicious IP throttling via the management API as far as I can see. We use the open-source auth0 Terraform provider for provisioning and we’d like to contribute a feature so it can be managed in our IaC. However, this does have a prerequisite on the API being available.

The closest I have see to a feature request around this is Disabling Suspicious IP Throttling using auth0-deploy-cli - #4. Is there an open feature request or could you point me to documentation so I can control suspicious IP throttling via an API and then terraform?
