Single User Not being able to log in from one Specific Device

Continuing the discussion from Single user being logged out automatically immediately after login:

I am having the same issue for one single user where they get directly logged out although the user is successfully logged in in the logs

Hi @khaled.ouertani,

These types of issues are usually issues with the user’s browser. Can you tell us more about the user’s setup? Have they tried different browsers/devices? Are they using cookie blockers, ad blockers, other extensions, etc.

Additionally, you say they are being logged out, are you seeing a logout event in your Dashboard Logs? It would be log type slo.
