Problem statement

To configure a way to send a copy of every breached password email alert to a non-admin email automatically when it occurs without adding them as admin tenants.

Symptoms

Unable to configure non-admin to receive Breached Password Detection email alerts.

Solution

Currently, this is not available out of the box. The solution would be to use the “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” feature available on your email provider.

This will redirect every email alert from the tenant’s admin’s inbox to a third-party email address.

Using this feature with the addition of filters to filter out and redirect only the specific Auth0 alerts would ensure this works as expected and will be the simplest solution to this particular request.
