Overview
When an admin tries to add or update tenant members, the following error message is generated on the Team Members screen.
Limit Reached - You have reached the limit for the number of Team Members.
Cause
The number of tenant members for Self-Service Plans Essentials or Professional is limited to seven. If using the Free plan, this is limited to three.
Solution
To add more than seven members, an Enterprise subscription is needed. To upgrade to an Enterprise plan, contact Auth0 Sales. For a complete listing of what is included in each subscription refer to the Auth0 Pricing.
