I have created a self service SSO ticket for an external organization. While creating this ticket, I populated ‘enabled clients’ with the client_id of my application and the org_id of the organization in the ‘enabled organiztions’ field. When this ticket was completed by the external party they came across an error in which the organization was not enabled for the connector even though the org_id was placed in the correct field when creating the ticket.
As a result, I had to enable the organization and application manually for that connector. (My application accept only business context logins, so I enabled the app from my connector settings)
It may not be relevant, but this SSO ticket enabled an external IDP connection which defaulted to my application of choice.
