Hoping someone can help me out - We have got users coming via a SAML enterprise connection. But unfortunately rather than recognising and linking with the existing tenant user it is creating a fresh user.
USER ID FROM SAML: devs+SSOTestMatt@gmail.com
USER ID ALREADY EXISTING: devs+ssotestmatt@gmail.com
I think it is being driven by the case sensitive nature? But can’t figure out the best way of resolving as our existing records are always lowercase, but we can’t control the way we are being fed them via SAML unfortunately?
Anyone got any ideas?
