I just wanted to provide some feedback on your organization’s sales process - it is very unsatisfactory. Events:
- May 9 - I reached out through your website and received an email auto-reply.
- May 17 - A sales rep reaches out “sometime in the last year…” asking if I have time to connect.
- May 19th - The sales rep follows up after I don’t reply.
- May 19th - I reply immediately that I’d love to connect and ask about a calendly link.
- May 24th - I follow up on my request.
Maybe with the new acquisition, the sales process is having a hard time getting organized?
