We faced an issue with Blocked account email.
Link were consumed before we open it first time.
Issue were fixed on our end by adding exception to safelinks.
We are using: Complete Safe Links overview for Microsoft Defender for Office 365 - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Learn
I saw this post: Safelinks process
But as we can see this issue appears again…
Is there anything that we can do right now, or it’s new and no actions were made to handle it yet?

Wanted to provide a reply to this in case others might find it useful as well. Please check out this documentation Brute-Force Unblock Link in Emails Consumed by Security Scanners where we try to provide updates on the matter, as this has been reported to us and is in sight for our Product team. Currently we do not have any official update/progress, but leaving a feedback to our product, who monitor the page and have visibility over all reported feedbacks, can help with pushing for a resolution sooner, if this is of interest to others as well.
