This article clarifies whether tenant members’ access to the Auth0 dashboard can be restricted (allowed/blocked) by IP address.

Solution
Dashboard access can be restricted in the Private Cloud by configuring the IP Allow List.
In the Public cloud, this is not supported. Tenant members’ access can be restricted by going to Dashboard > Settings > Tenant Members tab. For example, remove specific tenant members to block their Dashboard access.
