Remember me for 30 days MFA is not appearing for the user

Hi.
Our users report that they are prompted with MFA verification every day. And when investigating we’ve noticed that the “Remember me for 30 days” is not appearing.

Hi,

You should check if there are any customizations on your MFA pages that might be causing the “Remember this device for 30 days” checkbox to go missing

To be honest, I am not really sure where to look for those customization options.
Could you perhaps point me in the right direction?
