Please allow us to automatically tick the checkbox for “Remember this device for 30 days” so that our customers don’t have to remember to do it themselves.
Description:
We would like a setting in the dashboard that lets us turn on “Remember this device for 30 days” by default, whether that’s through making the checkbox ticked by default so that the user doesn’t have to do it, or by enabling the feature and completely hiding the checkbox from the user.
Use-case:
We are using the built in Email OTP MFA in order to discourage our customers from sharing accounts.
Our system is not highly secure or sensitive so we don’t need to restrict access too much.
We just want to make account sharing difficult enough that people using someone else’s account gets discouraged and buys their own login, but we don’t want to inconvenience our genuine customers too much in the process.
