Recent changes to Facebook Page Public Content Access

I got the notice to update the permissions requested by my app and I am trying to follow https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review/feature/#reference-PAGES_ACCESS
the scope documented there is manage_page and I can’t seem to find this in the facebook conector I can’t only see manage_pages how can I request this new scope?

If you are looking for the connection settings they can be found on the dashboard under connections > facebook > permissions > manage pages.
