React Custom-Login sample problems

Hey guys im having problem using/implementing this sample here

https://github.com/auth0-samples/auth0-react-samples/tree/embedded-login/02-Custom-Login-Form

The login works, however the signup and social logins do not work,

On signups i get Request to Webtask got ESOCKETTIMEDOUT(Error: Unsuccessful HTTP response)

and on social media login i get Error: invalid_request. Check the console for further details. but there is nothing on the console.

Am i missing something or this sample is outdated?
