Progressive profiling rule settings

I used the documentation found at https://github.com/auth0/rules/tree/master/redirect-rules/progressive-profiling, & have setup everything except the values for these keys: TOKEN_SECRET, TOKEN_AUDIENCE, and TOKEN_ISSUER.

Is there a more in-depth explanation of how I can find or setup the values for these keys?
