POST to our website fails after successful Ping Federate Authentication

We have successfully executed an authorization from a PingFederate SAML platform, however, there is a final POST issued from Auth0 to our Web application that we do not have an endpoint for. Can anyone point us in the right direction regarding the contents of the final POST and how we are supposed to process that to allow authenticated users access?

We currently use Auth0’s local user database option and understand how that works, but don’t fully understand how the last action on the PingFederate is supposed to integrate with our authentication.

Thanks for any help you can offer of any documentation you can point us towards.

Yes, Auth0 support participates in this community site, however, have in mind this is a public community available to everyone and where there are no guaranteed responses times; this is explained here. If you’re a paid subscriber you can also raise your questions through the support center.

In relation to the question itself, the information provided is somewhat insufficient; for example, is the client application also configured to receive a SAML response from Auth0 or is it using OpenID Connect or WS-Federation?
