Post-login action error

Hello there,
I have an action set up to send a payload to our backend service to create a user on first login.
This has been working perfectly for months, suddenly the same set up seems to be throwing an error if a new user logs out and logs back in. It is only allowing the user to log in once or I get a “something went wrong this could be a misconfigeration issue”
I have no idea why this would be suddenly happening, the tracking iD I was given was d8f744a60d71ab2ec004 .
The logs give no information.

Could you please share the Post-Login Action script you are experiencing errors with?
