P3P Header issue in IE

I am trying to load Auth0 protected functionality in IE, we see the following error intermittently in the response header.

Key Value
P3P CP="Auth0 does not have a P3P policy but our privacy policy is available here: https://auth0.com/privacy"

Has anyone had an issue with P3P and auth0 before or have any ideas on how to resolve this?

This P3P policy is an IE-only privacy policy that never gained much traction. We do not provide this policy, but you can get around this issue by disabling protected mode in IE.
