Problem Statement
We received the error message “Organizations are not supported in Classic Universal Login” error, although we have the New Universal Login enabled.
Cause
When the customization is enabled, it automatically overrides the New Universal Login Page to Classic Universal Login Page.
As mentioned in this doc, the Organizations feature is not supported with Classic Universal Login.
Solution
Please disable the customization of the Universal Login Page to remove this error.
