Organisation and application

Hello, my friends here,

I have created an organization and now when I deleted it, my application still shows the below error. Any idea how I can update this?

Do to this my login is not working fine. Any help on this would be really great!!

Oh, my bad changing organization setting to individuals for personal user worked.
