Hello there!
I’m using Universal Login and would like to allow users the option to enable MFA without making it mandatory. Initially, I tried implementing custom MFA on a profile page, but learned that this approach isn’t feasible. My goal is to provide users with the choice to enable MFA after login, without enforcing it by default.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make the MFA enrollment optional. This is mentioned in this knowledge solution .
Additionally, I recommend upvoting on this feedback request , asking for a way to allow users to opt-in to MFA. This will allow our teams to prioritize new features based on the feedback request number of votes.
