Not able to login to the AUTH0

Ready to post? :mag: First, try searching for your answer.
I have valid Auth0 id, I used it for few days. Now when I am logging to Auth0 with correct password, after which it is asking for OTP.
I don’t remember which MFA were used by me. So not able to add the OTP and NOT able to login.

Need help.
