Hi guys - I created a handful of users this morning, and they still haven’t indexed. I know that there was scheduled maintenance for the indexing system, but the notification for that says that an index during this period should take at most 30 minutes. It’s been well over 2 hours since these users were created, and they still haven’t indexed, which is causing our User Experience to break.
Did something go wrong with the scheduled maintenance?
