It looks like that our production tenent got a new IP address this morning. We use a custom domain name with a CNAME record to our tenant.
Unfortunately, it looks like our internal network uses a public IP (172.64.0.0/16) and because the new IP that has been added to the DNS resolution of our tenant is in the same range, we experience connection issues when our applications try to connect from within our VPC to Auth0.
I know this is on us to resolve. We have a temporary fix by adding a hosts entry to the other IP, but that’s not ideal.
Would it be possible to reassign another IP to our tenant, so we have a bit more time to rebuild the infra with a correct private IP set?
