Hi,
I need some help on cleaning our tenant, we have a lot of unused applications that get created for testing and demos and they never get deleted after use. Is there any way to pull the log of the applications or clients to see if they have been used or someone has connected to them in a certain period of time?

I think the way to go here would be to check the logs but you need to take into consideration that they are also for certain period of time not since the existence of your account. You can check them by going to:
Dashboard → Logs → Search
