Need help with account

@support I need some help with an account. phone plan was changed, and it appears I lost auth0 from my applicator application.

i would get the QR code via login, but i cannot get logged in (After i enter my password) as it is then asking for the code that my authenticator app would have, but does not exist on their anymore.

I even had to create this account new just to post to the community.

please let me know what to do, and i can provide the email address corresponding to the account i am talking about.
