Need help setting up Auth0 for a Dynamics 365 Portal

I am setting up a Dynamics 365 Customer Portal to use Auth0 but having issues with the registration process (claims mapping, email verification, and existing contacts matching not working). Did anyone have success setting up something similar? If so, can you share what worked for you?
