I have just created a new SAML connection and am testing with our customers. There are two issues that might be related. First, the user enters their email on our website and is redirected to their own login via an approved subdomain. Once they enter their credentials and login, instead of being redirected back to the logged in version of our site, they are being sent to another “Sign Up” page.
The sign in doesn’t fully work through this page (users can use a work around by resetting their password). The second issue comes from when they do successfully sign in. We aren’t getting their name or nickname fields and they are showing up as (Empty). I don’t see any values in the RAW JSON - do we need to ask the 3rd party to pass those values to us from their end? It works fine through the standard google oauth connection we have.
