Missing Tenant / Account

I built an application for a client, handed over and they asked me to update it a year later.

It was on a paid plan to my knowledge. A year later I can still login to the app but when I login on Authh0 where I expect the tenant to be, its not there. I can see the Client Id, in the login URL but can’t find an associated account.

This client id - eZYoyVeaD3viEGyH1Qe50Qb1JKHXHG4v (there is one more) has to be linked to an account and I cannot find it. Could be hidden due to rolling back to a free plan?

I’m not getting anywhere with this and its also a wake up call dealing with support at Auth0. I’m happy to update payments etc. to fix this, I just have no idea where, I’ve tried all the known company infrastructure email accounts.

I know its best effort but I have to answer to the board and provide an answer, right now the answer is redo the auth completely without Auth0 and onboard a new system.

I’m happy to upgrade and renew payment of the correct tenant but we don’t know which one it is.
