MFA Phone Custom Provider Cant save

When configuring MFA for Phone Message i cant save that page with ‘Custom’ selected, it says ‘Create a Phone Message Action before selecting a custom delivery provider. Learn how.’. But i have created Phone Message Action, Save/Cancel buttons are grayed out. What is wrong here?

If you are using a custom provider, you need only configure an Action in the Send Phone Message Flow.

Hi. As i said, i already have configured Action, but cant save MFA form when ‘Custom’ provider is selected. Is this some kind of bug in Auth0 form?
