How to enable custom SMS provider for MFA-SMS (not twilio)

We have configured a custom provider in connections → SMS which we can use for passwordless login.

We wish to use the same SMS provider for SMS-MFA, however, the process that we followed (GitHub - messagemedia/auth0-integration: Auth0 SMS integration with MessageMedia) doesn’t seem to match with the MFA SMS configuration.

How do we configure a custom SMS gateway in MFA-SMS?
