We’ve completely lost administrative access to one of our company’s tenants and would like help recovering access, or having the tenant deleted — either outcome is fine.
The tenant was created by a colleague for development purposes. That person has since left the company without handing administrative access to anyone else, so there is no remaining admin on the tenant. Their login was tied to a Google account that can no longer be recovered, so a password reset is not possible either. Because no one can sign in, we also can’t open a request from the Support Center.
We are still at the same company and are responsible for cleaning this up. Could an Auth0 staff member help verify our ownership and either grant admin access or delete the tenant? I can provide the tenant details and the former admin’s account privately — please let me know the best way to share them.
