How do I fix this? It has been at least 3 days, and my manager is getting the same error message as well.

Good morning, it takes my login, the “Ping” window comes up for a second but never sends it to my phone. Then the “Ping” disappears and this screen comes up. I would include a screenshot but it’s not letting me. I can send an email with the screenshots though.

This error should be visible inside the tenant’s logs after attempting a login as you have done above.
There is a known issue on which our engineers are working on within the US-5 region and it was also reported on our status page. If you are experiencing 503 errors, it could be tied to it.

Are the tenant’s logs found in settings? Nothing else comes up after that last screenshot. Do I need to navigate somewhere else on that page to get there?

The tenant logs are found inside the Auth0 Dashboard under Monitoring → Logs.
Can you please clarify if you are having issues with one of your Auth0 hosted applications or are you trying to log into an Auth0 hosted application?
