This article provides troubleshooting steps for issues related to Log Streaming with Amazon EventBridge.

Solution
For installation steps, please check out the Installation tab of the Amazon EventBridge integration.
- After setting up Auth0 as the event source, check the stream status and any recent errors on the Health tab of the stream. If it says Active, like in the picture below, there are no issues with the integration.
- If the event source is not visible on the Amazon EventBridge Partners Tab, as shown in the picture below, ensure the region selected in AWS is correct and the setup is complete on the Auth0 side.
