Logs: description search finds no results

eg description:“User invitation accepted” - zero results, yet I see them in the log.
Other searches seem to work.

Hi @mark.walters,

I have just checked your tenant logs and do not find any logs related to user invitation. To look for successfully accepted a user invitation, search for the si log event type code.

At the moment, there are no si log events in your log history. Please make sure the user has accepted the organization invitation to view the activity in your logs.

I am able to see your tenants that are associated with your email address linked to your Auth0 Community account.

Okay, after checking your meredefined-prod tenant, I found the si log events.

Since you were also able to find these log events, was there anything else I can do to help you?

Hi Rueben,
the original issue is still the problem - I can scroll through the logs on the webpage but if I query with type:“si” then nothing is found.

I have tested searching for logs using type:"si" and found your tenant logs for the success invitation type.

Here is a screenshot I captured from my search without sensitive data:

According to our Log Search Query Syntax documentation, passing intype:"si" is a valid query for searching your logs.
