Logins Randomly Stopped Working

All logins have randomly stopped working on my tenancy. The login page gives a HTTP400 and a “WE’RE SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG WHEN ATTEMPTING TO LOG IN.”.

Please can you advice on who to contact?
