Login without registration, just with a password sent to the user's email

The company I am working for is evaluating a new OTP services. The requirement to satisfy is the following: “The user is not required to be registered to enter to the customer portal, instead the OTP services provides him a one-time-password sent to his email”.

Is this possible with Auth0? Is there an alternative?
