Login with biometrics behaves oddly

Hello,

We have set up auth0 on our mobile app, and have enabled the “Identifier First + Biometrics” profile. Users have complained that they are required to enter their email address every time they open the app, and are only then forwarded to biometric recognition. This makes the login experience extremely cumbersome, and we were wondering if there is a way to remember the email so that users don’t have to enter it again and again. We are currently using Universal Login.

Identifier First + Biometrics is a form of Passwordless Login and is the intended behaviour for users to key in their identifier (email/username) and then authenticates with Device Biometrics. There is no remember email option that can be set on the dashboard.
