When signup, users are promting to enrolled in using biometrics

But when user try to re-login on the same device, it is not promting user to use biometrics to login.
Thank you for posting your question, I’ve checked your tenant configuration and it looks like you enabled the MFA only which will work as a additional factor based on the user confidence-score. To allow users for biometric login you’ll need to configure passkeys → Configure Passkey Policy and Passkeys
